I only used 6~6.5GB of ram after driving around for a *WHILE* (hour+), and it was only 5.5gb~5.75gb on load. So yes, it's my map, turn your reflections off you shall be fine. If you've downloaded it in the last two weeks, you likely have it (it'll call itself Roane Racer in-game, because it's faster). The newest Roane County Tennessee map version 0.9 (still featured, woohoo), features a notable FPS improvement. Thanks for the mention, yes, it needs 8gb or so to load the Tennessee map, you can consider keeping REFLECTIONS off if you lag, if you have a low-end or older/slower CPU (or laptop CPU), turn off shadows and reflections too and that should help. If you really really really really want a very very large map then here: You need 8Gb just to load the map. Then come back here and explain why you understand how difficult it'd be make a map that size. Then once you're done, upload it and get some feedback on how well it is. It's the closest you'll get to your radio system as of now.Īs for the other things, RoadFreak12 pretty much explained it. It involves adding some things to the files but it's quite easy.
